Some people like to offer up long, complex explanations for everything. I prefer to hook people up with a link to the holy bible of Volvo Djet troubleshooting. This will come in handy as you go through and get your car road worthy again.
For what it's worth, I ran into a no-buzz pump a couple months ago. It turns out everything was fine in the circuits, but the pump was full of crud, so it wouldn't spin. If all else fails, give that a shot.
