    MYSTERY WHISTLING. ‘87 740 NA B230.

constant, loud whistling in engine bay.
    HELP
Damn near everything under the hood have been replaced.
Pitch stays constant, doesn’t fluctuate with RPM.
    Any advice/thoughts/guesses welcome.

    Thanks y’all!

The only things that I can think of is possible vacuum leaks or a dipstick that isn't fully seated down onto the dipstick tube, have you checked those areas?

Yeah, could be a vacuum leak. My other thought would be a failing bearing in one of your accessories, which may or may not change pitch and volume as you rev the engine.
