2012 Volvo S60 T5 Reduced Engine Performance

Hello to everyone..

I have a 2012 Volvo S60 T5 Automatic Trasnmission and my vehicle have some problem..Engine Code : B4204T

When i pressing the accelerator pedal more than 50% or kick down,to the screen come to 'Reduced Engine Performance' and fault lamp..

There is no problem in calm use...

Malfunctions are attached..
First malfunctions is Accelerator Pedal ..But this is working normaly.
Second malfunctions is Catalytic Convertor..

Do you have a any idea or experience about that ?
