1: IPD order Issues or Parts Issues:
Do you have an order issue? Product issue? Or something that should be brought to IPD's attention first? Contact IPD. 800-444-6473 or by email at [email protected]
2: No Promotions or Spam:
Give more than you take to this group. Self business promotion, spam, and irrelevant links aren't allowed. There are some excuses, as we do like to support our Volvo community and it's members.
3: Potentially harmful posts and comments:
Any comments, posts or images that could offend or hurt the image of IPD and it's members will be immediately removed. If you are a repeat offender you will be deleted and banned.
4: Be Kind and Courteous:
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
5: No Hate Speech or Bullying:
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
6: Respect Everyone's Privacy:
Being part of this forum requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group. Doxxing of any form will result in the doxxers immediate removal from the forum.
