2000 V70, Rear hatch has no power

so my rear wiper, door lock, and licence plate lights are all inoperable, but sometimes when i open the trunk the wiper with just randomly start until i close the door. so i checked the wire bundle on the left side hinge and cannot find any broken wires. Any other suggestions of where to check?

By opening the gate and wipers starting, that's proof of broken wires. LOOK AT WIRES AND TEST EACH ONE , YOU'LL FIND THE BREAK
