I have an 8 gig Pi4 (Model B) - going to first attempt just simply (semi)hard-wiring the dice unit into the PI and using the head unit as my IO, If that proves to be an issue, I'm somewhat literate in Python and I'll play around with sniffing out the CAN traffic and ...ought to be an interesting exercise.

Looking forward to seeing how the Raspberry Pi interface works. Which version of the Raspberry Pi will be you using?

Thanks Paul, The unit is android based, so there is a ton of OBDII apps out there, just bought a Bluetooth ODBII interface on eBay, a little patience to get things talking and viola! - The next project is to tie the Volvo Voda/Dice into via a Rasberry pi to give it full access.

Looks slick! I love how much real estate those double dimm screens have. Is that a feature that comes with the head unit?
