Start/Stop not working on 2017 XC90 T6( Polestar Optimization)

Good Morning Everyone, I would like to thank IPD for starting this forum. I noticed after my Oct14,2019 visit to the Volvo dealership, my start/stop doesn't enable any more( the circle symbol still appears in the instrument cluster). Has anyone had this problem and had it fixed. Did the update in October zapp this feature?
