Best place for generic question about decoding a build plate on "B" pillar?

Being a Noob and not wanting to create the wrong impression, I'd appreciate guidance on where to place a question on help with decoding the build plate on the rear side of the driver's-side "B" pillar. I need to change my V50 front springs and I appear to need Marker info which is apparently contained on that label.
